If you’ve never been to one of Josie’s class, you may walk in and say to yourself “I wonder who the teacher is?”, then you hear her speak. It’s in that moment that you know you have entered into a magical place and you are going to be taken on a wondrous journey. On this journey with Josie, she creates a safe place for you to break down your mental and emotional walls allowing you to stretch beyond your beliefs creating awareness. With your heart and Josie’s sweet flow, you are guided through a practice that leaves you rejuvenated and balanced. I’m truly blessed to be able to attend her classes.
